Ki Developments is a private company, established in 2006 by its managing partners Karst Ytsma and Bertram van den Brink to engage into international turn-key developments of housing and leisure facilities.

Ki aims to acquire financial funds and export development and design know-how abroad to countries where an established local network and Ki organization controls the risks of the local politics and business customs.

The turn-key product of Ki-developments is lots, villas, apartments and hotels. If necessary to complete the project also commercial real estate is included. The aim is luxury high-end products where the importation of development and design know-how will have the best results.

Based on the long experience of the founders in the area of the Netherlands Antilles a number of projects have been acquired by Ki over the last 2 years and the realization of a number of projects will start in the coming year or have already started.

Now a substantial market share has been established in the Netherlands Antilles Ki is putting more effort into securing a market in the Eastern Europe area in the countries that will or recently have entered the EU. Countries such as Rumania, Bulgaria and Poland.

It is the objective of Ki-development to execute all their projects abroad on a high quality level of Western Europe with respect professional and transparent business practise as well as sustainable and environmental project developments.
